RETURN POLICY
EU RETURNS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us clearly by email before the withdrawal period expires:
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, garment bags, and any accompanying materials.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct value from the refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, contamination, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, or once proof of return shipment has been provided. The refund will include the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost. Additional costs for express, special, or upgraded shipping methods are not refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns must be shipped with a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or untracked return shipments.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges connected to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be clearly marked as returned goods where applicable.
EXCLUSION FOR MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order, custom-made, bespoke, altered, personalised, or otherwise individually produced items.
This includes, but is not limited to, garments or pieces produced according to the customer’s measurements, selected specifications, custom material choices, requested alterations, bespoke design requirements, or any other individual instruction.
All such orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is defective under applicable law.
NON-EU / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All sales to customers outside the European Union are final.
Non-EU orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by mandatory applicable consumer protection law or unless the item is defective under applicable law.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees, customs clearance costs, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR NON-EXISTENT ADDRESSES
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, incomplete, non-existent, refused, unclaimed, or otherwise undeliverable due to circumstances outside our control, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any additional fees charged by the carrier.
If the parcel is returned to us and the customer requests a new shipment, the customer must pay the full cost of reshipping before the order can be dispatched again.
If the parcel is not returned to us, no refund or replacement can be issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery with clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage.
Damage caused by wear, improper handling, incorrect care, forced use, alteration, or third-party repair is not considered a defect.
This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.
